Dari-King has been a stable business in Pipestone since 1951. In 2001, Wendi Weber's parents bought it from the original owner. In 2021, Wendi decided take the opportunity to buy the business from her parents and have her son run the business for the first year. In 2022, Wendi decided to leave her position as an educator and run the business full -time. DK Coffee, a drive thru coffee shop is an addition to the business which is open from November - February. DK Coffee's motto is "Perking you up in every cup". From April - September Dari-King is providing the original bbq, hotdogs, and all the ice cream treats. Wendi spoke about advertising, cost of product, pricing, employee management, price changes from vendors, and customer service.
