Each month Midland Institute host a "Fearless Founders" Zoom for all the CEO young professionals in the 70 programs nation wide. This morning we were able to meet Annie Beiler, founder of Auntie Annie's Pretzels. Annie's story is inspiring and she had wonderful words and insight for the young professionals. Auntie Annie's was created by Annie and her husband so the business could be profitable and they could be charitable. With no business knowledge or experience, Aunt Annie's has grown into a franchise that can be found in Malls all over the US and 20 countries. Annie shared how Auntie Annie's became a mall staple, management vs. leadership, having a good work ethic, being a life long learner, and believing in your product. Some advice I appreciated was that the real you is the best gift you can give the world and a successful entrepreneur will do what others aren't willing to do.
