We had a great visit to New Vision Co-op in Hills to learn about the differences between cooperatives and public traded companies. Led by their board of directors, New Vision is a safety first profitable and sustainable Ag. operation. Started in 1901, New Vision has grown to 19 locations providing agronomy, grain and feed services. The young professionals were able to learn about how rail transportation is important to agricultural business. Thank you to Josh for sharing your knowledge and the variety of career opportunities that are within your Co-op.
