We hit the road at Papik Motors this morning! We took 3 of the Supercruise self driving vehicles out for a quick trip to Beaver Creek and back! A couple of students had the experience of driving hands-free(with an adult in the vehicle)! Jordan Papik, General Manager of the 3 Papik locations shared about the family business with us. Jordan spoke about the 4 Important Success Factors, networking with other businesses and existing customers, understanding time and productivity, and knowing your inventory. When hiring new employees Papik Motors looks for smiles, good attitudes, someone who can make conversations, and community involvement. Jordan also shared the audiobooks he finds helpful with his business. It was an exciting morning for the SWMN CEO young professionals!
