Desiree Petrich, owner of Intentional Action in Marshall, spent the morning working with our group on understanding their DISC profiles, the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, handling conflict, and creating trust within the group. There was a lot of information for the young professionals which will help them work together as a team and be successful!
