Pat and Kim VonTersch started Professional Ag Marketing in 2006 and the business has substantially grown ever since. Ellen Wenninger, Director of Operations, Mike Minor, a Risk/Commodity Broker, and Cade Wenninger, Director of IT spent the morning with the young professionals sharing about the business. Mike spoke how Professional Ag Marketing is helping farmers in multiple states control buying and selling, protect against price disasters, and make confident decisions. Ellen shared about day to day operations and compliance, and Cade shared about Pro Ag Podcast and Pro Ag Power. All three spoke about the ability to problem solve, importance of documentation, knowing your customers, and managing employees.
