Each year Rochelle Remund, director of human services for Pipestone Helping Farmers, introduces the young professionals to all the opportunities at this business. Rochelle took a leap of faith leaving a career of 20 years and starting a new position at PHF explaining to the young professionals to continue to challenge yourself throughout your life. PHF is the #2 hog producer in the United States and 6th in the world. Rochelle gave an overview of all the departments and careers as well as shared her HR expertise when it comes to an interview and making a good first impression.
Thank you to PIpestone Helping Farmers for being a financial supporter of SWMN CEO.
