The young professionals are privileged to receive some amazing professional development while still in high school. Ashley Chapman, training manager for Pipestone Helping Farmers, led the group through the managing conflict assessment. Ashley spoke about times to use each conflict mode, capitalizing on your skill set, understanding conflict, the distraction to your job conflict can cause, and conflict styles being based on habits or learned patterns. It was a great morning with impactful information for the young professionals to use now and in their future. Thank you to Pipestone Helping Farmers for covering the expense of each assessment.
