Andy Kooiker knew at the age of 10 that he wanted be his own boss. After graduating high school he started a small concrete business with a friend mainly working on small residential and farm jobs. It only took a little time before he knew he wanted to pursue bigger contracts and build his company. Now K&M Concrete works with Amazon, Fed Ex, and other corporations throughout the United States. Andy believes their business model sets them apart from their competition as well as how he views risks and values customer relationships. K&M is dedicated to keep their employees safe on the job and compensate them well. K&M has 78 field employees as well as 140 contracted employees. K&M Concrete is a family business with his brother, Greg and sister, Kristy working for the company. Andy shared with the young professionals to do what you say you'll do, have a good attitude and always be willing to learn.
