Oh, what a night! Thank you to everyone who came to the Trade Show to support the SWMN CEO young professionals!

Our 18 young professionals took a leap of faith when they applied to be part of the SWMN CEO program. They had an idea of what the year might look like, but not the full picture. Throughout the year, they were welcomed into area businesses, guided through mentor relationships, held to high expectations by the board and facilitator, and encouraged by alumni along the way.

These students experienced what real-world collaboration looks like — the successes and failures, conflict management, problem-solving, and celebrating the results of hard work.
