We started off our Friday morning with a tour of Papik Motors, along with a conversation with General Manager Jordan Papik. Papik Motors has three locations representing eight car franchises and employs 76 people. Jordan shared that one of the biggest challenges in his role is managing inventory, while one of the most rewarding parts is seeing his team thrive in their positions.

Our conversation covered a variety of topics including communication, organization of day-to-day duties, sales, marketing, financing, credit ratings, conflict management, taking risks, and continuing education. Jordan encouraged the young professionals to be ready when opportunities present themselves, not be afraid to pivot in business, and always strive to make a positive impact on their team.

One quote Jordan shared from Grant Carbone was, “Never lower your target. Always increase your action.”

Thank you, Jordan, for a great morning, and thank you to Papik Motors for being a financial supporter of the SWMN CEO program!
