I am a senior at Edgerton Public High School and have gone there since preschool. I have been involved in football, theater, speech, knowledge bowl, track, and golf. Next fall I will be Attending Waldorf University in Forest City Iowa to get a major in business and a minor in creative writing as well as plating on the football team. My interest in business started when my mom bought the restaurant in Edgerton and watching her run it made me want to own my own restaurant. Creative writing comes with my life long love of reading and a desire to write down my own stories.
About My Business
Van Essen Farms is a family business dedicated to starting and raising cattle for sale. With my dad we purchase bottle fed holstein calves that we then start and then raise to 500 pounds to be sold to be raised for slaughter.
