Effective conflict management begins with having the right tools, knowledge, and strategies in place. Thank you to Ashley Post from Pipestone Helping Farmers for providing our young professionals with valuable insights into the five modes of conflict management, engaging situational activities to practice applying each mode, and the opportunity to complete the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) assessment to better understand their individual approaches to conflict.
This knowledge and self-awareness will be valuable as our young professionals collaborate on group projects and navigate challenges together. More importantly, these are lifelong skills that will support their personal and professional growth well into the future.
